Scalp Treatment

I am 62 year old man with atopic eczema managed by, twice weekly steroid treatment and occasional stronger steroid for flare ups. So managed reasonably well apart from my scalp, which continues to itch and flake, despite eczema friendly shampoos and steroid scalp treatment (which actually makes it worse as it contains alcohol). Any alternatives I can try ?
