Relief from Eczima

Hi.. In recent times, we have developed dependency on machines and have lost the habbit of doing daily chores using our bare hands. This has resulted in a sharp decline in activation of the Accupuncture points located in our hands (more so on the palm and fingers), which in turn has rendered us more vulnerable to diseases that were not very common previously.

One easy and effective fix is to clap daily (with intensity) for 5 minutes. I read about this in an old book which glorified the amazing benefits of clapping daily. I also gave it a try and have experienced its amazing beneficial effects.

I myself have chronic eczema, and I tried this remedy of clapping; the effect has been outstanding with great relief from itching, dryness and visible patches that I was struggling with before. I would urge everyone here to give it a try atleast for a month. In fact, this remedy can be extended to any kind of ailment related to hands.

Hi abhinavpandey,

Thank you for posting on the forum with your advice regarding activating the Accupuncture points in our hands by clapping. Hopefully other members will take this on board and benefit from this for helping their eczema and general health.

Kind regards
