Hi daznet2004,
Thank you for posting on the forum. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific medical advice but please find a link to a past post about Dupilumab here:

Please also find some information regarding Dupilumab from The British Skin Foundation explaining that it is a biologic and an immunosuppressant here:

Re: dupixent
Hello!! My mother is 65 years old and has suffered from general dermatitis issues since I can remember. She’s tried everything from CeraVe to Dupixent with no avail. I felt so helpless. So, I fabricated an emollient and serum for her. It is not a miracle product, but it did improve her quality of life and confidence to show her hands. I will gladly send anyone interested the excess, as I have made more than she can use. Im not charging anything. It is completely free and free shipping. I just want to help anyone in need.

Hi Daz,
Sorry for the delay in replying. Dupixent, or dupilumab, is a clever biologic injectable medicine that blocks two molecules, IL-4 and IL-13 which are thought to be involved in eczema. The British Association of Dermatologists have produced an information sheet which you might find helpful.

Based on my understanding, dupilumab does have immunosuppressant activity but not to the same extent as the more obvious ones.

The best thing to do is speak to your GP about it. Try lotions and creams with constant use. They might work.
