Eczema & elimination diet - any recipe ideas/advice, please?

I've just been put on the Few Foods Diet (strict elimination) by my dermatologist to try and find a possible cause for my ezcema, which has been terrible on my hands since the late stages of my preganancy (i.e. since late 2009). Has anyone any experience of this diet they can share and any recipe ideas please as my husband & I are struggling with our menu for the next month!!! Also, do you know if eating onions, garlic, squashes & sweet potato is allowed as they are not on the allergen list but not on the Few Foods Diet list either. There are a lot of gaps...

Many thanks in advance.

I'm in no way an expert on this, but I did read that sweet potato is good because it contains less starch than ordinary potato. Squashes are meant to be good as they contain beta-carotene. Not sure about onions & garlic though. Good luck!
