a struggle to beat eczema

Haai i have been battling with eczema for few years now and i was informed it not curable , i heard that there are foods that can help reduce or minimize it and if anyone knows what i can i avoid please share the information with me. I am currently using Pure products and lipo cream for my skin and it is better than it was before i used it.

Re: a struggle to beat eczema

Avoid inflammatory foods :) Whether it helps your eczema or not, it's definitely better for your health. Foods like trans fat, fried foods, sugar, processed foods and more fresh veg and fruits. Possibly less meat if you're currently a heavy meat eater. More in this interview with a dermatologist
