Allergic to Nickel in Food

Hello, I am allergic to nickel both to touch and ingest. I was curious if others are also on a low-nickel diet and if they have any menu/recipe tips? I feel so limited on what I can eat, avoiding many vegetables and foods that I used to eat. I do not feel like I am getting the nutrients my body needs, but am afraid to try even the "middle of the road" items that are sometimes okay for people due to the effects on my health. Any helpful information would be appreciated, thanks!
