Sleep paralysis: seeking case studies for project
Hi guys,
My name is Jay Akbar. I'm a freelance journalist, a student and a sleep paralysis sufferer. I've sometimes found it difficult to tell people about my SP as they may think I'm totally nuts! But since doing more research on it, it seems it's a lot more common than I thought.
I have started making a tablet app (for iPads and Kindles) about sleep paralysis and one of the most important things I need is people's personal accounts.
For those willing to participate, I need a head shot (of decent quality!) and either a short (100-200 word) description of what happens when you get an SP episode.
If you have any questions or queries, please feel free to contact me on jayakbar1@hotmail.com
Thanks for your help!
