eat boiled vegetables one time in day
keep your stomach empty
use green tea
use vinegar
walk and exercise more and more as you can till your body wet

Here is a really quick weight loss program. Go vegan for a while and cut out all processed food or no white flour, sugar, pasta, rice.. Eat all your favorite fruits before noon each day. Then eat veggies with natural starches. i.e. Spelt flour, quinoa, spelt pasta, squash et. no avocado (healthy but fattening).

If you want to loose weight quickly. Come off all processed sugars for a month. Keep in mind, processed sugars are white sugar, white flour, white rice, etc. Eat a lot of vegetables, eat fruits up until noon.
