I'll leave the physio side of things to some of the other experts on here - but from a GP perspective, the main things you can do are to ease back on your tennis at present, use an anti-inflammatory gel such as ibuleve or similar and possibly buy a tennis elbow clasp from your pharmacy.
I used to inject tennis elbow with cortisone but now do this rarely - the evidence tells us that physios are far better in the long term for sorting this out, so they are a very important step in sorting this out.
