You have many options available. Remember most warts will disappear of their own accord in time anyway.

There are reports of duct tape occlusion clearing warts. There are a number of prescribed anti-wart creams that your GP may also recommend. They may also be able to freeze the wart (cryotherapy).

Anything that does not behave as expected should raise the thought that the diagnosis may be wrong. Of course you may have had it accurately diagnosed in which case weekly abraiding with emery board or even sandpaper and then daily application of bazuka or similar will help but may take many weeks.
Warts usually only bleed if they are traumatised if it is bleeding spontaneously then let someone skilled in diagnosis review your "wart."
