sounds like you have some symptoms of overactive bladder.
The normal tests a urologist does to work out what is happening is a questionnaire called an IPSS, a flow test and residual volume measurement, an examination and PSA test, and an ultrasound scan of the urinary system.
If you have had all of that and all is fine then i would get you to cut out all caffeinated drink and start you on a tablet for urinary frequency and nocturia (getting up at night) such as solifenacin.
If this doesn't help then you might need bladder/pressure studies (urodynamics)
