Rosacea +Acne
Hi
I have been suffing for the past few months with large break outs of spots on and around my nose and cheeks. Just as one breakout dies down another area flares up! I feel very self conscious of them and basically dont feel like going out because my self esteem is very low. I am trying all kinds of creams and herbal pills but nothing seems to be working. They itch too.
Does anyone have any advice on what to take or a recommended diet regime I can follow? I'm at my wits end!
Thank you
M

Hi, did you manage to get on top of your problem? I have joined this site and I too am so sick and tired of it. Your pictures show a mild type of the rosacea I suffer with.

It's been a while, but you never got any help, so I'm here to fix it. I've got a few suggestions for you:
Avoid triggers that could exacerbate your symptoms, such as spicy foods, alcohol, and extreme temperatures.
Use gentle, non-comedogenic skincare products that won't clog your pores.
