Sounds to me to be the wear and tear arthritis, osteoarthritis. I was diagnosed with it at 27 after blood tests didn't show up Rheumatoid arthritis. (However, RHA doesn't show up in bloods for a long time, but other immunological problems do!). So yes, you do have a "named" condition, it's osteoarthritis!
