Skin issue on forehead please help

Its been slowly getting bigger with itching and flushing. Nothing seems to help e.g retinoid or steroid creams. It is not always red it can also be skin coloured and just raised. It is itchy on occasion and can feel like the skin is crawling. Please can anyone advise. Dermatology review is taking ages. It's driving me mad.

Things to try if you suffer from acne
  • Washing afflicted skin areas more than twice a day is not advised.
Use lukewarm water and a light soap or cleanser to wash the afflicted region.
Do not try to crush spots or "clean out" blackheads.
Steer clear of oil-based skincare, makeup, and suncare products (also called "comedogenic").
