Can anyone tell me what this is?!

A couple days ago I had an itchy arm and when I looked there was a blotchy firm raised bump. It was extremely itchy all day. When I woke the next morning I had 3 above my left knee, one on my shin and one on each foot. All are almost uncontrollably itchy. When they first appear they are blotchy red spots and some of them have now faded and others have gotten even redder with the one on one of my feet having a white centre. They’re not sore and I don’t seem to have any other symptoms of anything. I’ve not used anything new or done anything different that I can think of to cause this. I’ve attached pics below to see if anyone can help me identify what this is as I have googled lots and can’t seem to find anything that matches what I have. Thanks.

Stop itching the bumps, if it is what i think it is then i think itching them will make things worse and perhaps they are temporary. If not go see the doctor.
