Bumps on body during sleep

For the past 2 months, I have been getting bumps in various body locations. This does not happen every night but when they do, they feel itchy and turn red and big the next day. They last 4-5 days. I have done a thorough check many times for bugs and have laundered everything multiple times. But I still get them. Anyone tell me what this could be? Here is a pic of the latest two I got last night. Thanks for any suggestions and help.
