Sun cream for acne
From Kelly:
I have acne and most sun creams make my skin greasy and more prone to breakouts. Can I just make do with the spf that is already in my foundation?

Re: Sun cream for acne
Hello Kelly,
Thanks for the question. Unfortunately most moisturisers 'with SPF' don't really provide adequate sun protection in sunlight. The SPF is often rather low and drops even further when then are rubbed in thinly. They are better than nothing of course. If you need sun protection it would be better to try to find a sun cream of SPR 30 at least which suits your skin type. A gel or 'light touch' facial sunblock might be better for you that creams. It is worth of course saying that of you are getting acne breakouts these could be treated effectively using creams or tablet treatments so it might be worth discussing with a GP or Dermatologist!
With best wishes
