Exercises alone cannot help you lose weight. There are some specific diets that should be strictly followed by the people, who want to quickly lose weight. You can choose any of the diets and should follow this once weekly, continuously for 8 weeks. There are mainly 4 types of diets that can lead to an average weight loss from 3.5 to 10.4 pounds.

The Atkins Diet: This diet is also known as the low-carbohydrate diet. This the most suitable diet for weight loss.

The LEARN Diet: LEARN stands for Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitudes, Relationships, and Nutrition. This diet is considered ideal for weight management, and encompasses factors, other than diet and nutrition, that are necessary for weight loss.

The Zone Diet: This diet includes the perfect ratio of carbohydrate, proteins and fats.

The Ornish Diet: This diet primarily focuses on the less calorie intake from fat.

You are right about diet however physical exercise is also very important in order to lose weight. If you do exercise regularly with a balanced diet you can definitely achieve your weight loss goal easily.

You are right, only workout can't help in losing weight. For proper weight loss, we need to take the proper diet through our meals. Actually we burn the calorie that we take by our meals. Having proper diet and workout is the best supplements for weight loss.

weight loss cannot be done by the only exercise, along with exercise we have to follow a strict diet regime such as ignore oily and junk food, include leafy food in your diet with soups, nuts, and wholegrain. Proper workout and strict diet regime will definitely help you to get the desired result.

While getting unhealthy rapid weight loss program you may suffer lots of physical difficulties. Unhealthy rapid weight loss is a loss within a week of 10 pound or more. It's not a sound way. I heard that during a diet, it is necessary to take probiotics if you have disorders of the gastrointestinal tract (intestinal microflora, etc.).
So, if I have a digestive problem and I want to go on a diet, do I also need to drink some kind of probiotics?

Indian cuisine is famous for its flavours, herbs and vibrant spices. Although the preferences may vary from place to place in India, almost 80 per cent of the Indians follow a plant-based diet. The traditional Indian diet food involves high intake of vegetables, lentils, and fruits. The consumption of meat is less in such diets.

Some of the healthy food items that Indians should include in their diet food for quick weight loss is:

1)Vegetables like tomatoes, spinach, eggplant, mustard green, okra, onions, bitter lemon, cauliflower, mushrooms, and cabbage

2)Fruits such as mango, papaya, pomegranate, guava, oranges, tamarind, lychee, apples, pears, plums, and bananas

3)Nuts and seeds consist of almonds, cashews, peanuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and watermelon seeds

4)Legumes should be part of the diet. They can be added in the salads that include black-eyed peas, kidney beans, chickpeas, lentils and more

5)Many dieticians do not favour rice in the diet as they contribute to carbohydrates. However, they consist of brown rice, basmati rice, buckwheat, quinoa, barley, corn, wholegrain bread, etc.

6)If you are vegan, dairy products are a strict no. If you follow a regular diet for weight loss, include dairy items like cheese, yoghurt, milk, kefir and ghee
