what can I do to prevent my vitiligo from spreading?

Thank you for taking the time to post a question.

Unfortunately the nature of vitiligo is unpredictable and it is hard to tell how things will progress in the future in an individual. There are no real effective ways of preventing spread as far as I am aware.
