nocturnal micturation and BPH
I was diagnosed with BPH in 2003 and whilst I have long periods between micturating during the day it is not so at night, when between 2300hrs and 0500hrs I can go as many as 3-5 times. There seems to be correlation between frequency due to BPH and the supine position. Is this a recognised clinical fact?
