My dad used to have the same issue, we tried D' Oxyva and it worked so well at a very good cost.

Poor circulation, both micro and macro, contribute to arthritis. So, improving our microcirculation will definitely reduce our chances of or reduce its symptoms. My gramps also uses the same product to improve microcirculation. I read up on it and what it does is it improves the microcirculation by introducing medical grade vaporized CO2 trandermally or through the skin. So it then signals the body to release more oxygen-rich blood systemically. Gramps been doing great! You should try it, maybe it'll work for u as well :D

We may also try acupuncture treatment for the muscular strains like knee pain. Acupuncture is well proven for pain relief. My mother has recently undergone this treatment and has experienced a great change in her pain. For knee pain you can try home remedies which helps in relieving pain to some effect.Apply ice or cold packs immediately to prevent or minimize swelling.Gently massage or rub the area to relieve pain and encourage blood flow.

Here are some ways to get relief from arthritis pain:-

1. Use hot and cold therapy
2. Try acupuncture
3. Use meditation to cope with pain
4. Get a massage
5. Consider herbal supplements
