I know I’ve not been blogging for a few days but family and work has sort of ‘got in the way’ – it’s half term so I’m either finishing work a little earlier to spend time with my girls or working from home and so the blog’s been demoted on my list of priorities this week.

However, I’m still sticking to my diet. I’ve lost another pound, so that’s 4 pounds in total.

It’s getting a little easier and I’m still making small adjustments here and there.

This is a short and sweet blog today but I just wanted you to know that I’m still on track to lose that all important stone/14 pounds by Christmas.
