Hey guys 🙂

Long story short, my little flare up got a bit worse, I kepy scratching it in the night & it ended up getting infected. But no worries! I had a little emergency visit to the hospital today (I explained that the diet helps, & that I won’t use steroid creams because they don’t even work anymore). The woman I saw was lovely and she gave me oral steroids (I know these have a bad rep but she said a short course of them has no side affects, so I can recover from this flare-up & continue with my diet & all will be well) and she also gave me some antibiotics to clear up the infection, so hopefully this time next week I will be substantially better & my diet with help my skin remain clear 🙂

Anyway, I got a smoothie maker today so I can start making the green smoothie that Kimberly Snyder (the woman I spoke of in my previous post) has invented. It’s jam-packed with nutrients, vitamins and fibre so you drink it in the morning and you won’t be hungry until lunch and you will be filled with energy, and the testimonials I’ve read by people have confirmed that within a few months there is a noticeable difference in their skin; it “glows” apparently. So I’m really looking forward to having them as my breakfast and I will update you on how good/bad it is 🙂

Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays!

Bye guys,

Hey, my name is Brooke. Basically, I have this blog so I can talk about eczema. I have suffered with eczema all my life, and when I turned 13 it flared up for no apparent reason, and has remained basically the same. So on here I will hopefully be blogging everyday explaining new things I am using to try and fight eczema, and hopefully I will overcome it. Happy blogging!
