James Scholfield is a mindfulness practitioner counselling people to be more present in this frantic world. Through mindfulness workings and one on one counselling he helps those living with chronic pain, illness and stress to find peace.
It is not just the formal training that has brough James here. The continuous feeling of not being good enough, near death accidents, loved ones with life threatening illnesses, 3 years of chronic stomach pain, and the fear of panic attacks all taught him about the fragility, and wonders, of life. He believes that kindness and presence can change the world, one conversation at a time.
