I need help for a friend of mine he's in agony with his back passage it feel raw he's bleeding can anyone help

Hi,

It sounds as though your friend may have haemorrhoids - but he really needs to go and see his GP to make sure he gets the correct diagnosis and treatment. No-one should ignore any changes in the gut or back passage - it's always best to get unusual symptoms checked out.

There is a wide veriaty of cause for rectal pain and bleeding.

This includes cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, polyps, infections, haemorrhoids and others.

Highly recommend seeing GP or a gut specialist.
