Mood swings
I am finding my mood swings hard to deal with at the moment. I am menopausal and my hormones are doing all kinds of things to me. I'm snappy, cry at anything and can be horrible to be around at times. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do to try and get more in control?

Re: Mood swings
Hi Penelope,
Without knowing details of your health history I can say that in general menopausal symptoms get exacerbated by stress so anything that can calm your nervous system will be very beneficial (e.g. limiting caffeine and processed foods, breathing exercises, meditation, lots of movement and fresh air, spending time with friends, doing things you love)
I hope this helps!
All my best,
Lisa
