Oat Bath

I read on here that if you put porridge oats into a pair of tights, and run it under the water when running a bath, it can help a lot with the itching cycle. I tried this in my bath tonight and I loved it! It turns milky, and you use the tights with the oats in it as a sponge once you're in. I also loved the smell! Has anyone else tried this? I'm feeling quite positive about it. But I'll let you all know how I get on! :)

Re: Oat Bath

I tried this for the first time last night and it made my skin lovely and soft afterwards. I'm going to keep at it and see if it improves my eczema!
