Hi everyone
Would love to have some advice
I have had lower bowel pain straight across my stomach after eating..and excessive burping and wind flatuance ..for the last few weeks.and today had a sharp pain under my ribs through to my back. This is causing very bad pain..and makes me very depressed as I don't know what I can eat or not .I don't know f it could be IBS or something else..
Iam making a food diary..but would like further information or help

It seems your body is "allergic" to some foods. Take note what what foods you intake and also speak to a doctor. Generally speaking i think you could try smoother foods, and drinks while i get advice from your doctor. Eat more fibre.
