"The support programme was full of interesting information that was relevant to me. Everyone's condition is different, but when you have to scratch you have to do it, causing discomfort and embarrassment. Since COVID I have been unable to see my consultant or receive my phototherapy but the programme has been a big help. Thank you." Wendy (Jul 20)

Around 2% of the UK population lives with psoriasis - it's a really common issue. It's caused by the skin cells replacing more quickly than usual, resulting in patches of dry, red skin which is covered with silvery scales.

There's no cure but there are plenty of things you can do to manage flare-ups and increase your quality of life. Our 12-week mypsoriasis support programme has all the tips you need.

Every week, you'll receive one or two PDFs to download containing easy-to-digest, practical information. Everything has been written by talkhealth and medical experts.

Topics we cover include:

  • Types of psoriasis
  • Treatments and triggers
  • Questions to ask your GP
  • Self-managing psoriasis
  • Patient stories
