mywellbeing provides 19 weeks of dedicated information, sent to you by email in bite-size chunks. Each week you will receive either a PDF for you to download / print OR a video to view containing practical information written by talkhealth and medical and professional experts.

To help you improve your health our well-being programme covers a wide range of health topics and provides quick pointers to get you back on track.

The programme provides information to improve health and quality of life for you and your family. It delivers the info in a concise, easy to understand manner and doesn't overwhelm you with too much at once. It is easy to follow and the adjustments advised are achievable and affordable. Taking control of your own wellbeing is often something people do not do, instead of altering behaviour, going to their GP for medicines to take instead of cutting back on things that are bad for you and increasing exercise and better quality foods and managing mental health with a more sensible, aware and holistic approach.

The mywellbeing support programme has helped me to deal better with some aspects of my body changes as I’m post-menopause. It has given me good advice and tips to make small changes in my daily routine, such as healthy food and snack options, increasing my fluid intake, get in the routine of exercising every day, either by going for a short brisk walk or follow an exercise programme at home.

Some of the subjects covered in the mywellbeing programme are very useful to me. The hair loss and incontinence issues were of great interest to me, as I suffer from both. My husband found the article on skin very informative as he suffers from psoriasis. I can really recommend the programme, it's very useful and full of knowledge. The articles were all well written in easily understandable language. If the opportunity arose again I would read them all over again.
