Really enjoyed taking this everyday taste is acceptable and the consistency and the amount you have to take daily . Really has improved my tummy troubles -  made them so much more bearable to deal with . And easier to go to the toilet / digestion wise.  Fabulous product 100% thank you kindly x

Symprove has been a game changer for me, no not a game changer a life saver is what I really mean. For between 12 and 18 months before I started the Symprove trial I was suffering with really bad IBS symptoms which unfortunately included diarrhoea. I had up to 3 diarrhoea cases per day every day and that was what I had to put up with constantly. It really ground me down and made me depressed. I tried everything to help the symptoms, but nothing worked. Even my GP tried many things with me without any success. Then Symprove arrived on my doorstep. Within only a few days my stomach was feeling very different. Then slowly but surely my diarrhoea began to ease. For the first time in over 3 years my poo’s were starting to look normal again. I only went to the toilet once a day and since I started the Symprove over the last 12 weeks, I have only had 4 occasions of diarrhoea, which is absolutely amazing. To say I was having up to 4 diarrhoea occasions in one day to go to 4 in 3 months is nothing but a miracle. Symprove has been amazing and I would tell everybody about it. It has changed my life for the better, I feel so much happier and able to cope with my IBS now. Thank you for this opportunity and I will be forever grateful.

The flavour and consistency is great, not too strong but not too weak either, and very refreshing. Great for the first drink in the morning. The measuring cup provided is very useful for an accurate measurement. I noticed an improvement in my IBS symptoms after the first four weeks. 

Although I am not a fan of either passionfruit or mango the taste was acceptable especially when very cold straight from the fridge.  It is very easy to take and the wait of 10 minutes before eating was very easy to do.  I found my IBS syymptoms are a lot better and any bloating etc were more to do with what I ate than anything else, (still learning what causes flare ups). Overall I am very glad I tried Symprove.

Tasted great first thing in the morning and it helped improve my symptoms, so can only recommend trying this product!   ;o)

Symprove mango and passion fruit is a live bacteria product with a pleasant tropical taste. Unlike standard probiotic tablets, Symprove contains live bacteria in a water based solution which means more friendly bacteria survive the transit through the stomach and form gut colonies successfully. I have been taking Symprove every morning for the last 3 months as a means of improving my IBS constipation symptoms. My bowel movements have gone from once every 3-4 days to once a day. This product is also gluten free, dairy free and suitable for vegans. It only takes a cup every morning to feel this good. I would like to see mini sized versions of this product which would be useful when you go on holidays.

I was really surprised and pleased with how well this product performed. I would describe my IBS symptoms as mild, whilst they are typically constant they aren’t very often severe. I suffer with bloating, wind and diarrhoea with the occasional flare up but Symprove has alleviated the majority of this.  I’m going to the toilet at regular intervals and my overall stool consistency is so much better, plus the wind I usually suffer with has died down a great deal. All in all I’m very happy with the results from this product, the only slight thing I’d change is to make the dosing cup slightly larger as you have to be careful not to spill it. All I all for me taking this product has been a success and I have already recommended it to someone else.

I was pleased to be accepted on the trial as for years I have struggled to find anything to improve my IBS symptoms, and I have tried lots of things.  Because of that I wasn’t convinced that this would be able to help.  Because of delivery problems I had to wait a while for the products to arrive, but started using them as soon as received.  I didn’t expect much, but started to notice a difference after just a week.  I have to plan journeys, shopping trips, walks, holidays etc around how I feel on a particular day.  After a week of taking this product I felt that things had improved enough for me to have the confidence to go further and stay out longer.  As weeks went by I felt as though I was almost back to “normal” although it has been a lot of years since I have known what normal was!  The real litmus test was a curry night.  I love spicy food, but it doesn’t like me and usually sets me back.  Yes, it did affect me, but only I slightly and I was able to carry on the next day as normal instead of having to stay near toilet facilities!  I did have one or two off days, but that could happen to anyone.  I’m amazed what a difference this product has made to me.  I was given the Mango & Passion Fruit flavour and found the taste very pleasant and the texture was fine.  Not sure the plain flavour would be as good.  I would love to keep using this product, but it is rather expensive to use continuously.  I am hoping that having used the product for 3 months it may have reset my gut, and that problems will be less in the future. Time will tell. 

An excellent product that was plenty to drink with a great consistency and comes with a measuring cup for ensuring the correct daily intake.  Excellent value for money in comparison to other products that help your gut and related problems.  I noticed a positive difference  in my IBS symptoms and would recommend Symprove not only to other sufferers but for anybody who wants a balanced and healthy stomach product. 

I have tried several products that are great for the gut and for people with stomach problems but I have found Symprove to be the best out of them all. Easy to measure out in its own measuring cup and tastes very pleasant. The smell is also very pleasant with a consistency that’s not to thick making it easy to swallow and digest. I suffer with IBS and I have noticed a real improvement in all aspects of this condition and the affects it has on the side affects I experience as a result of thus condition. It is comparable in price to the majority of similar products and as I feel it is better than the others is well worth the cost. If you suffer with stomach problems I would recommend Symprove. Great product and comes with a big tick from me.

Since using Symprove I was abit sceptical as being an ibs sufferer I really  thought I had tried it all. But the concept and idea has worked on soothing my ibs and the pain. I still get bloated but it isn't as bad as it was, and it's got me into a great routine as I feel it's doing something for me and much prefer this than taking tablets. I've really liked taking this and feel it's helped alot and think this is a breakthrough for IBS sufferers. 

I was very sceptical at the start of the trial as I had been taking a probiotic tablet for some months. Within three days of starting on Symprove I felt different in myself. I felt much more 'with it' than normal and I felt I had more energy. After about ten days my bowel felt much more comfortable and the bloating had gone down a lot. For the rest of the trial my ibs was well controlled, I had no episodes of diarrhoea or bloating. I was passing far less gas than normal and didn't have half as much heartburn. I would highly recommend Symprove to anyone suffering from ibs, it made a huge difference to my life. 

It tasted good and was easy to consume.  I felt a difference in my IBS symptoms right away.  My stomach was more relaxed than it has ever been. I still had flare ups although they were greatly reduced in severity and length. It is the only treatment that I have tried that has actually worked so definitely worth continuing with.

I loved this product, as it tastes and smells wonderful. It's delicious, and i really look forward to taking it every morning,  It is a nice consistency too, and is very easy to swallow,  Its also leave a yummy after taste as well.  Its a totally different sweet taste and i am addicted to it,  I would also, highly recommend this product, as it really does work, and is helping my stomach issues so much.
